I absolutely LOVE my glasses, but did something I’ve never done before - my left lens got a knock right in the center from falling onto asphalt a week after receiving them. I inquired about a replacement Z87 Rx lens, which I was told wasn’t available. I’m 98% happy, but being able to purchase a replacement lens would put me over the moon!

Ordering was easy and I was excited to get them! Due to an issue with the post office services they had an issue with my address, so it took an extra week, but I can say the customer service they provide is great, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of, and that made the whole process easier and I was updated daily letting me know what’s going on and when I should expect my glasses.
